1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Zetstack, you agree to these terms. If you're using Zetstack on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

2. The service

Zetstack provides AI-assisted SEO tooling — keyword research, AI content generation, publishing, and analytics — delivered as a subscription service. Features available to you depend on your plan.

3. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for reviewing AI-generated content before it's published.
  • You must not use Zetstack to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or knowingly false.

4. AI-generated content

Zetstack uses AI models to generate content, keyword suggestions, and recommendations. AI output can be wrong. You're responsible for reviewing content before publishing it, and Zetstack is not liable for consequences of publishing AI-generated content without review.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the business content and data you provide. You grant Zetstack a license to use it solely to operate and improve the service on your behalf (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Zetstack to attack, scrape, or overload third-party systems; to violate applicable law; or to attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the service without authorization.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Disclaimer & liability

Zetstack is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific ranking, traffic, or lead outcomes — SEO results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and notify active users of material changes.
